Public Records Request
To Submit a Public Records Request:
Please contact Kerry Graves, Administrative Services Director to ensure that we provide you with the information you are seeking. Public records requests are filled within five business days. If more time is necessary to gather the appropriate records, we will inform you of this within the five day time frame, provide an explanation, and provide the date that we expect to have the records to you.
For Asbuilt Requests:
Please call our Environmental Health office at (360) 679-7350 for single asbuilt requests; a formal public records request is not required. We will ask you to provide the following information for the asbuilt: owner name, address and parcel number. Each page is $0.25.
